The Project was showcased on the 9th World Ocean Summit 2022, after winning the Wild Fisheries Category of Fishackathon

An Early achievement for the project this year. is being one of the winners of the Fishackathon 2022, hosted by Padang and Co. and Eachmile Technologies.

Fishackathon 2022 had 180+ Submissions from 27 countries and The Hydraean Project won the Wild Fisheries Category, As it targets the problem statement of IUU (Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated) Fishing. As one of the awards of the Hackathon, the announcement of winners took place on March 2, 2022, at the 9th Annual World Ocean Summit 2022, an event hosted by Economist Impact. The winning projects were showcased at the International Virtual event.
